Submission and Participation

• You may join and submit any competition at any point of time. However, only entries submitted within the time limit set by the organizers are eligible for the competition.
• You may only submit original artworks done by you (including teamworks). You may not submit works belonging to other people as yours without their consent. However, you may submit works on their behalf.
• You may submit as many entries as you want/can.
• You may use new or old artworks as long as it abides the rules of the design.
• You may not use works that have already been published in any publications that doesn’t belong to you. You may however use works that have been published in your own personal website, ashcan comics, DIY zines etc, where you hold full or partial ownership.

Status of the works

• All works are treated as fan-art.
• There is no permission whatsoever in using the selected characters as a base of reference, and all the copyrights are reserved by the respective owners of the characters.
• All fan-artworks belongs to the owner of the works, and be treated as a tribute to the original work and owner.
• The artist/designer holds ownership and copyright of the works if determined that it has gone through significant change from the point of reference (original characters).
• It is recommended that you sign or leave a mark of ownership on your works. Watermarks are accepted, as long as it is not deemed obstructive by the judges.

Criteria of submission(s)

• Artworks can be of any media, but the submission is always in digital format.
• The minimum size of the digital format for submission is 400x400pixels.
• Artworks must not contain nudity (no genitalia or nether regions, no bare female breasts or nipples, no bare buttocks).
• Artworks must not depict or suggest extreme or offensive racial, religious or sexual conducts.

Organizers and their rights

• Organizers consist of
  • first tier: moderator of the battle forum (Bohrtaag)
  • second tier: administrators (mysticmind and azarimy)

• Organizers reserve the right to the deadline, the organization of the competition, awarding of winner(s), acceptance and rejection of entries as well as full moderation of the forum.
• Organizers also reserve the right to any change in the rules and regulations listed here.
