Peraturan2nya ditulis bawah ni.

1) You can submit more than one entry, and it can
be in BM or English.

2) Manga must be original, never published or
publicly displayed before. No collaborations allowed.

3) Each page must be A4 size, and there must not be
more than 12 pages. It can be a complete story or part
of a story.

4) The entry must be in black and white.

5) All entries should be photocopies. Print your name
on each page. Organiser may request original artwork
from the winners for exhibition.

6) Mail your entries together with an official and completed
entry form downloaded from putrajayaartfest.com. Closing
date: March 15.

7) The address is: The Original Manga Competition,
c/o Bloomingdale Advertising Sdn Bhd, No. 64, Jalan
Kampung Attap, 50460 KL. Contact person: Peter Lim
(2274-5693). (Btw, no electronic submission accepted.)

8) Entries will be judged based on originality,
storytelling, layout and design, character design, use
of onomatopoeia and other such signifiers of MANGA,
artistic ability and style.

9) Participants (the way the rules are written, these
include even participants who do not win) consent to
and grant the sponsor (Komik Factory, Powder's publisher)
the right to use, in perpetuity, participants' entry form
information, to photograph/video a participant and to
use and publish the participant's entry in any media
without approval or notification for advertising &
promotion and trade. 

10) Winners will be notified on March 22 during the prize-
giving ceremony and manga workshop.
